What is Peekaboo Pebble?
Pebble is the loyalty scheme for you, our customer, where you can get great rewards for shopping with us. You collect Pebbles as you shop, and use these Pebbles to pay for your future shopping.
Who is eligible for Pebble?
All our retail customers are eligible, including those buying online/in-store and through financing schemes
such as Maldives Finance Leasing Service / BML Islamic Finance etc.
Wholesale and other institutional customers are not eligible for Pebble.
How do I join Pebble?
You can simply Sing Up here. When signing up you will be asked for your phone number and if you have shopped with us using your phone number, your account will be linked to your past purchase history. It will show the Pebbles you have collected since 2018. If you have not shopped with us before, you can start collecting Pebble as you shop in the future.
Do I get a membership card?
Yes. When you sign up, you will be issued an electronic Pebble card. It will show your name and Pebble number. You can download and store it on your phone. It is advised that you do not share your Pebble card or Pebble number with others.
How do I collect Pebbles?
For in-store shoppers, you simply show your electronic Pebble card at the counter when asked. For online shoppers, you will automatically earn Pebbles if you have signed up using the same phone number. In the future, we will be introducing additional ways of collecting Pebbles.
How do I use the Pebbles that I have collected?
You can simply show the Pebble card to use your Pebbles when paying.
How do I know how much Pebbles I have?
Simply login to your account where you will see your Pebble balance.
How many Pebbles do I get?
You collect 5.00 Pebble for each MVR 100.00 shopped with us. Each Pebble collected can then be used to pay for MVR 1.00 of purchase.
Do my collected Pebbles expire?
No.
Do you have any tiers like Gold/Platinum?
Currently no. We may introduce such tiers in the future.
Can we transfer the Pebbles to another member?
We currently do not have such a feature yet.
Can I opt out?
Joining Pebble is completely voluntary and optional in the first place. However, if you do change mind later you can always opt-out. Please call our hotline 7521717 with your Pebble number to opt out.
